RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at creativebscrafts@gmail.com with detailed information and include photos if necessary with in 48 hours of delivery.  We will do our best to fix any problems that may have occurred.

If a package is lost, a claim will be filed with USPS.
